2. What data we collect and why
Contact and scheduling (Calendly): When you book a call via the embedded Calendly widget, your name, email address and any message you provide are processed by Calendly Inc. as a data processor on our behalf. Legal basis: execution of a contract / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
Website security (Cloudflare): This site is protected by Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and request metadata for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare acts as a data processor. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics: This site does not currently use any analytics cookies or tracking scripts that require consent.
3. Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies (session integrity, security). The Calendly embed may set its own cookies when you interact with the scheduling widget; these are subject to Calendly's cookie policy. No advertising, tracking or analytics cookies are set by prolabs.pl.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. 5. Data transfers
Calendly Inc. is based in the United States. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Cloudflare operates globally under equivalent transfer safeguards.
6. Retention
Data collected via Calendly is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for as long as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.
